*Reminder Before Booking:  All 1st time patients must select New Patient Dental Exam as an appointment. This includes Cleaning and X-rays. It is very imperative that you select this as the reason for your visit when booking your new patient appointment. If this is not done it will adversely effect your requested appointment not being accepted and rescheduled with a system selected next available new appointment date.

Also Please Note, when booking, if the system is not accepting your insurance, please skip and click on "Paying Myself" and put your insurance information with subscriber/member number in the comment section. If you are having problems with the online booking, please don't hesitate to give us a call (617-722-0035) and we will be more than happy to assist you.

FYI:If you are not the guarantor of the insurance plan, we will need the full name, date of birth and subscriber/member number of the guarantor in order to verify your coverage.    

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

 

When you arrive for your appointment:

  • Hand Sanitizer provided.
  • You will see Plexiglass shields at the reception desk for added protection
  • You will be asked specific COVID-19 health screening questions prior to your appointment. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule for a future date. 

All surfaces are being disinfected thoughout the day including countertops, reception chairs, and door handles.

We have installed a negative pressure HEPA filtration system for the entire office with added ultraviolet light purification in all duct work to provide the best of protection again bacteria and virus for office air quality.

Our water system has ultravioliet light purification in order to provide the entire building with a safe water supply.

We always use the best technology for CDC recommended equipment and instrumentation sterilization, along with high quality Protective Personal Equipment practice for all staff.

Our clinical team is wearing the recommended Personal Protective Equipment which includes masks, gloves, face shields and gowns including N95 or equivalent masks for more advanced procedures.
